    Makes sense. Wish some of those residential IP providers conducted a GA as well, so, you could route it through their IPs.

    Last year, a round BF, there were some providers, mostly new ones providing residential IPs for pretty cheap prices. Not sure if they are still in business.

    Residential proxies are cheap when they are already flagged, clean ones are really costly.

    True. I have found various GitHub repos that have a list of bad IPs in separate text files according to their score. Maybe it'd be a good idea to cross-check with them before buying from these providers.

    Yah, heard really bad complaints, esp. from devs. We tried scraping data from a GitHub page once using JioFiber and it couldn't. Do you know why? Cause they blocked GitHub!!! The issue was resolved, but the audacity to be blocking something as elementary as GH!

    Their peering is bad sometimes they just have CF disconnected from jio fiber.

    I didn't know this. I fixed the issue temporarily by using CF's DNS.

    Dns might be the issue at that time, but for me jio just doesn't work sometime.

    Two times it was just for CF protected websites their peering broke.

    By any chance was another router connected to the JioFiber Gateway at the time?

    Not with me alone bro, twitter was filled with complaints about jiofiber not working the outage lasted for about 45 minutes the second time and around an hour for the first, never been jiofiber personally had a node at a friend's place for uptime monitoring that complaine me the downtime, even jio sim data wasn't working at the first time. And strangely enough routing the data through warp was fine.

    IP rate limiting might be introduced just for your home ip.

    I would still have workarounds for that :)

    Let me guess - Dynamic IP. Or, are you with one of those Double NAT ISPs?

    Get another fiber connection a 50mbps one would work. :lol:

    BTW, what's your internet connection speed like? sh has a 500mbps connection.

    200mbps and it's going great, might upgrade or might get another one the home lab is getting hungrier by day.

    Oh, that's cool. I am still on a 25Mbps connection. Forgot to upgrade to atleast a 100 before the thread. Now, I am stuck with this for another month.

    What ISP? Airtel airfiber is cheap for 40mbps connection but high latency.

    Unfortunately, we don't have access to Airtel, Jio or better yet, ACT here. And, I won't risk it with Airfiber connections just yet.

    You can just try and see if it's working, bsnl isn't that great with internet connection, can't say for railtel though.

    I, for some reason am yet to face any issues with this BSNL sublet connection. I dunno maybe its RailTel.

    Maybe but who knows, bsnl never gave me a dsl connection so never tried their fiber line. But many friends who were working with bsnl fiber complaint so meh never bothered with it.

    I guess, it's a regional issue. Haven't heard a lot of complaints about BSNL Fiber yet.

    Might be or they actually improved from the ancient data troubles.

    Oh yah, there have been outages in the past, but, haven't heard of any such outages in the near past.
