Need a small storage VPS

Hello,
I'm looking for a small storage VPS with the following specs:
1. CPU ( ANY )
2. RAM ( ANY )
3. Storage: 200GB (HDD/SSD/NVMe)
4. Location: Singapore Preferred. Australia, Vietnam, Japan, Malaysia or any location in Germany will be okay
5. Budget: 15-25$/year.
6. Bandwidth: 500GB or less.

Please suggest if you know any providers that fulfil my requirements. Budget can be increased (a little bit) based on the VPS specification. I will use it only for keeping another server backup.
