Looking for a couple new VMs in the below US states/locations so please reach out if you're able to provide something with these or close to these specs. I prefer yearly payments if it works out cheaper in the long run.

What about chicago? Promise not to shoot the hypervisor.
They've got Arizona & MO but it's about $45 for anything more than 4TB of transfer so I was hoping for something a bit cheaper on the annual side of things - they're my fallback right now

Even within a buffer from your budget I wasn't able to spot the other locations that you need from the aff pony. I tried a few permutations on the query but it doesn't track sub-country territories yet.
