I wanted to check how much time it usually takes for you guys to get server from OVHCloud. I ordered 1 KS1 server on last month and 1 today. But both of them are just showing "Preparing for delivery. Both of them has 4x 2TB HDD Soft RAID and are from Germany and France respectively. I asked them to cancel my order from Germany which is not delivered and I have no hope that it will be, but seeing that other one from today is also stuck under same status, just wondering is it normal or only happening with me and how to get it moving.

why no wait for the 2*4 disks, its pretty good
KS-1 rarely gets restocked. But you are more likely to receive delivery in France before Germany I think. If the order is still pending, support should be able to cancel and refund the full amount without issues. Just give your local office a call and ask them to escalate the ticket.
How do you know they are 2 * 4 ? ..... Just curious.
Both have exactly the same specs. I keep on waiting for Germany one, but at last i give up today and ordered one. I am not sure how many days should i wait. I thought that max it should be within 24 hours that you will get your server. It should not be like 4-5 days just to get a standard server.
So asking to cancel one.
Thats what its on order page. So i am assuming that they are not lying on the page. If they do, i will ask for refund. How can they sell something which is not true.

Usualy they deliver it near immediately as this process fully automated so in the optimal situation your future server configured and available. It only need to be linked to your account.
Depending on OVHcloud's actual behaviour they try to deliver the order and does not refund. In the 2022 BlackFriday someone ordered a SYS-LE-1 in the past hours and offer expired, however OVH delivered it and asked patience instead simply cancel the order.
I never knew they did a 2 * 4 version of KS1 , only 4 * 2 then 2 * 2. I must of missed it
