You'd think that, but no. I subscribed to a server from Khan a couple weeks back. $18 setup fee with $0 annual recurring cost. It even showed that in the client portal for the several hours after I subscribed and even after they setup the server for me. Within that day they changed the terms of the agreement without notifying me. Instead of the $18 setup fee with $0 annual recurring cost I signed up for, they changed it to a $0 setup fee with $18 annual recurring cost.
Their network speeds are pretty inconsistent too. Initially I was only getting about 300Mbps up/down, so I opened a ticket to get them investigate. They eventually got the download speed to 2Gbps, but the upload speed struggled to reach 1Gbps. In all my tests, the upload speed reached near 1Gbps only twice. The server I subscribed to was supposed to have a 1Gbps connection.
We never advertise for the Life time deal it was a yearly deal on LET Nd in WHMCS while typing yearly price a member updated the Setup fee i apologise persoanly for that i think over the ticket and you was not agreed so i processed the full refund
You raised the ticket we resolved the problem it we cant gurantee about 10GBps mean 10Gbps on every server most of the server have a limit of transfer

The deal I signed up for is in the screenshot below. The issue I have is that you made a change to my account without informing me first. I noticed it on my own afterwards and I had to submit a ticket to address it. If this is the way you conduct business, then what else have you changed on other customers accounts without them knowing? They should be informed prior to making the change.
The KVM I subscribed to only had a 1Gbps connection but as I mentioned above, your service struggled to even meet that. I had to submit a ticket to improve the download speed. The upload speeds still struggled to reach 1Gbps.
Fortunately I was still within the 3 day window so I cancelled for a full refund.

This khanwebhost isn't reliable hosting to deal with at all. Imagine I made my enquiries because I have never used NAT IPV4 ever in my life before trying out your NAT VPS if refund is possible and If the ipv4 is usable on VPNs like Normal IPV4, your support answered yes. Now I purchased your NAT IPV4 and cancelled the subscription thesame day since it is not working for my VPN functions. All ports we use to SSH or proxy in VPN for browsing is impossible to use. I
cancelled immediately and asked for refund. After you have already cancelled my subscription you are now telling me no refund because I used crypto payment gateway. Are you guys expecting me to just waste my ~$12 on your poor NAT IPV4 which is very inferior to almost computations. You have already cancelled what I bought on thesame day I bought it. Why won't you refund my money? All hosting I ever tried do refund. Refund through crypto is even faster than bank. I don't know your motive behind giving me excuse of refund not possible because I paid you with crypto.
