And you are not charging for the remaining contract?
C1vhosting is a scam
Such providers should be completely removed from the forum. They have never been able to make the server work normally for a whole year. My server was idle for months. It didn't work for several times and started working on Black Friday, but it had to be more or less turned on for 23 days in a whole year. As we know, under any pretext, this provider refused to return money to users from the very beginning, and there were problems from the very beginning of its service offering here on the forum. Now there is no VNC access even in the panel, not much functionality that is necessary for management. In the same way, they changed the IP address quite recently and think that many will buy into this again and will renew their service or new lucky ones will come for a cheap price. It is a shame not only to transfer such a service as theirs, but even to offer it to anyone for use. I would not recommend this provider to anyone, they are complete scammers who do not know how to run a business and this is just a waste of money.
agree. shit scam person(s)/provider
Care to share any proof whatsoever to backup your claims?

I wrote initially in the thread of this proposal from last year, I have a lot of correspondence with this provider when he promises to fix everything and nothing changes. How can I prove that his network was constantly down or was very slow or the servers did not work at all, it was impossible not to start or turn on them from the panel. Not only I know about this - half of the forum people know, what else is there to prove. I can show the yabs test, I can view all the statistics on the server and its availability, but again I say again everyone knows about this provider on this forum and it has been written about him more than once. You can use the forum and find all the information you are interested in.
Stay away from fraudulent hosts
Hi,
available?
Even if it is, I promise you, you do not want it.
Well, I already have one c1vhosting server, which I got from special deal, ngl not so bad.
Anyone using a C1V VPS and is satisfied with it must have absolutely no requirements for availability, reliability, or performance. I genuinely cannot believe that anyone is running anything of real importance on C1V.
If all you care about are specs on paper, then maybe C1V could be a fit, but even then, most of the specs are exaggerated or outright lies. Luca himself has stated that none of the resources are guaranteed—not RAM, CPU, disk, or bandwidth. After taking my IP, he has now also taken the RAM, CPU and Disk resources I supposedly had. It's absolutely bonkers that this kid has been able to operate like this for so long.
I consider myself a patient person, but Luca managed to drive me nuts. Even if you try to follow his rules, he still changes them while you're in the middle of playing his game. For example, when I tried to cancel my VPS, I carefully read the Terms of Service (ToS) to ensure I did it correctly. It literally states, "If no cancellation has been made with at least 30 (thirty) days’ notice before the contract expiry by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, certified e-mail, or a request sent through the customer area in the ‘Ticket’ section..." (ToS Chapter 5). Nowhere does it say cancellation in the client area alone is sufficient. So I followed the ToS exactly, because, well—it's Luca we’re dealing with. Yet he outright refused to acknowledge my cancellation and responded evasively. You’re not his customer; you’re his toy.
If you check my profile, you'll see I've been in the LE* world for almost 13 years now. C1V/Luca takes the crown for the worst hosting provider by a massive margin in every aspect. And no, his age isn’t an excuse for everything.
I can offer you a better performance on /dev/null which is more reliable.
You are not alone.
I won’t be surprised if that list is pretty long.
