I can't log in to solia.cloud, and their LET account hasn't been online for a week. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Their billing portal is under maintenance according to https://shop.solia.cloud/ and they obviously have an oversight where the login page returns 404 instead of the maintenance message.
Their management portal is still online and operational: https://vc.solia.cloud/dashboard
