I came across some test results for Server Optima (https://www.vpsbenchmarks.com/hosters/server_optima). They took first place in the $8-15 group! It's a very new company, and they only offer data centers in the US. Does anyone have any information about this company?

Sorry but never heard of them. If they are new wait for some more tests maybe they did the tests on a pretty empty host system.
