Inmotion is better out of the 3 you've posted. I had them. quite good service and performance. Skynet is scammy avoid. Hostgator is another EIG/newfold digital brand which every smart person avoid at all cost. (including bluehost).
You can rather go with Racknerd here. Better performance and cheap pricing. Check my signature below. Also you can try Ramnode (they were bought by Inmotion and were solid)
So as someone who has used SkyNet hosting before my honest review of them is they are fine, long replies to support most the time but also you get what you pay for so no real complaint.
InMotion again own experience is that they are cracked for support as in the best support experience I have had with any web hosting, there packages are way better optimized for users and the servers are tailored 100% to the load making everything about it just a good time.
HostGator - Well I have not been with them since way way back before the big corporate took it over
Honestly, I would pick Inmotion of any of what you posted however you really need to add in NameCrane as loves there services
I recommend hostbrr @labze if you're a beginner and are looking for reseller hosting.
Namecrane, Shock Hosting, Liteserver, Krystal Hosting
Bro, you can start with any of them. I personally used HostGator long back.
