    This doesn't quite sound right - do you have the server directly with us or via a reseller?

    We offer fully automatic OS reloads via our control panel that complete within minutes and generally speaking most hardware should be replaced within a few hours at most, not 48 hours.

    If you are with us directly already, could you DM me a ticket ID so I can take a look into why you've had these delays?

    Does it actually take that long? Or the website says "up to x hours"?
