@xHosts said: Maybe try a week with the current customer load before asking the mods to restore the links, ensure everything is stable before trying to take on more. It will also give you the time to perform all the upgrades needed before adding more customers from this forum too.

I second @xHosts . I am already seeing multiple hiccups when running scripts (broken pipes) and low internet speeds on Windows machines.

They will ignore all these comments. Busy replying to bots and fake orders :D

Yesterday my VPS in Frankfurt went down. In the afternoon it recovered and has been very stable for >24h. I very much hope they have fixed it.

There was a major hardware issue in one of our clusters in Frankfurt yesterday that affected a part of the users there.

Our team was able to recover the services quickly due to the clustering capabilities without the hardware failure to result in multi-hour downtimes.

Additionally, our Frankfurt clusters completed the first phase of capacity upgrades adding more CPU and RAM capacity. There is one more upgrade scheduled until the end of the year.

We need to get this verified somehow. People (bots?) who're asking for extensions, at least almost all of them are registered today, or an hour ago, or yesterday with only 1 comment and that's here.

Those are just normal people who needed to register to get the extras. I myself did that after lurking here many years without registering. People can classify me as a bot if they wish. Makes no difference to me.

You're welcome @snow2k. We're pushing hard our schedule to update Proxmox in Frankfurt by end of the year. If not, it'll be done Jan'25.

We’re also preparing other speed improvements for next month and first quarter 2025.
