How are things going with OpenVZ 7?

Is it holding up as a good alternative to KVM?

Does it hold up under stress and offer the solidity of KVM (so long as it is not oversold)?

I also see that OpenVZ 8 and OpenVZ 9 are also on the horizon.

Any experience with them?
