automatic updates of docker containers/notifiyng about container updates

Hi,
right now im using watchtower for some docker containers and its working pretty good so far. Important containers still gets a manual update by me.
You are using watchtower or something similair, and if yes, what tool you are using and if no, why not?

    Because podman-auto-update.timer will take care of all this
