Searching for /24 IP lease, no contract, RIPE

Hey, I'm currently looking for a /24 subnet with the following "requirements".

• Registry: RIPE (Will also check ARIN)
• Region: Germany/Netherlands
• Budget: ~100€/month
• billed monthly
• no contract
• Use-Case: KVM Hosting
• Not listed in Spamhaus and other lists if possible

I would prefer RIPE but ARIN would be okay aswell depending on the price. It is okay to post something which doesn't fit with the optimal requirements, maybe we can still find a deal.

Highly unlikely to find that without a contract. Besides, without a contract your provider can just say, "Ah, in 10 days we're going to take our subnet back because we feel like it."

I haven't looked at the market for a while but last I checked that pricing can only really be done on a 1 year term.

So if you @NovaCloudHosting plan to use the IP network to provide something that has at least a little chance to be a reliable service, maybe a contract with some clear rules wont be bad ( at least for your customers.... ).

OP Doesn't want to contract because they will use that IP for mass mailing once they are done with the IP getting listed on Spamhaus, they will search for another subnet.
