We're not really DMCA ignored. Even in the Netherlands. Websites that exist only to redistribute stolen content, especially sites that do this for a profit, are lame.
With that said, we just pass the DMCA notice on to the user most the time if we feel it's legitimate. Too many Fivver-hired "takedown specialists" sending invalid complaints for bullshit that can never be verified.

Once I used a DMCA-resistant server as the front-end to reverse proxy the back-end, and the back-end was discovered by the platform, resulting in being blocked! So I hate DMCA very much fuck DMCA
