yes because the price of hiring support at HE is too high. so I want to ask if there is any company that has support near them with better price

    How big is the machine?

Last time I looked, while HE's price wasn't low, it wasn't high either.

What price are you looking to pay?

When I looked, unless it is a 'big' job it isn't worth the cost of hiring a third-party to do the work.

that is you haven't seen them take 1 machine out of the cabinet and you have to pay 250$ for 1 machine. if you have 10 servers it will cost 2500$ to take the machine out of the cabinet .and of course it's just a normal 1u server

Sounds like you need a dedicated server.

    What does that even mean?

That is why I asked if it was a big job.. If you have 10 servers to add/remove, then yes, it will be worth looking for outside help.

If you have one, then it isn't worth a third-party doing the work.

We can provide remote hands in the Bay Area. I've sent you a DM :)
