Try again. You're not getting 512GB RAM with a 7950X.
There's a wild price difference between 200Mbit and 1Gbit of fully peered traffic to CN2, Unicom and CMIN2, so state what you need.
250IP? 250 IPv4? A /24?
You're also missing a budget. But what you're asking for isn't low end so it isn't going to be cheap and you might not get many offers.
