I'm trying to access clients.servarica.com and this error appears I just bought a vps uppp is it only me that gets this error or someone else

It should be fixed now
It was one of the proxy nodes that stopped working and it took little bit of time to debug to understand the issue and fixing it

I need your help with Ticket #723541 I cancelled a VPS and requested a refund. I have waited for hours and they only tell me to wait for the response. I have already cancelled the VPS but I have not received the refund. They only tell me to wait.

I see the refund was processed already when i checked the ticket now
the delay was mainly due to not submitting the cancellation request and then after that paypal gateway gave error on refund then on second try it did work fine
