Managed MariaDB + Redis hosting suggestions

Want to try using managed database services for new project instead of managing it myself. Really getting tired with updates and errors. The DB is not going to be huge, but will grow with time.
I am mainly intrested in:
1. Security
2. Simple pricing
3. Good uptime / replication
Do not suggest big cloud platforms like Amazon, Azure, etc.
Also would love to hear user experience with such services and what are downsides that I might not expect.
Thanks!

Why no to cloud platforms like aws, azure, gcp?
why would you want this when the latency is going to be 60ms+?
Can your application pause for 60ms+ or whatever it'll be for every lookup?
Francisco
filess.io for DBMS, upstash for redis.
Check out AivenCloud
I have used aiven.io extensively.
But I prefer to host on my own as much as possible due to latency issue.
