Looking for a fast VPS in France. For webhosting solutions, hosting 1-2 websites on it. Budget around 5 euro a month.

    For France localization I have used wishosting (@exception0x876) for years and had no problems at all: https://www.wishosting.com/order/main/packages/VPS/?group_id=2 However I would wait some special sales like helloween or black friday. ;]

    Most recommend layer7.net - I have one myself and it work just like a charm - Price are almost unbeatable (tho ofc you will beat it for blackfriday) - operating system is easy to change if it's your junk. CPU you have 3 choices - Ram surely more than enough - data is inexpensive. AND they have their server in France (which btw are cheaper than germany) lastly Oliver is really answering kick and pro.
    I think it match all your budget.
