- High Storage Capacity but relatively flexible. Each file is likely to be 30GB.

thank you for the mentioning. Unfortunately not. Running out of IPv4 space -> Raising setup for the cheapest packages. Simply pick the next more expensive package or pay the setup, if you plan to hold the server for a longer time ( like 3 years, which is quiet a very long lifespan for a vps actually ).

just curiosity, with that yearly budget, what would be your strategy on a PT? I assume some long time seeding? Because usually this type of budget, the disk speed or connection speed is not ideal for racing...
