I've got quite some hardware available ready for these kinds of VM's. All servers are equipped with AMD Ryzen 5 CPU's, 3200MHz DDR4 RAM and NVMe storage. Additional IPv4 addresses are possible! Based on your exact needs, the pricing is within your budget. It is possible to have scheduled back-ups made of your VM as well (Weekly and daily, e.g.)
If you decide to require a hole lot of power, it is possible to rent an entire dedicated, e.g. with 64GB RAM and 512GB NVMe storage for 75eu/mo. The servers are located in The Netherlands, but have a relatively low ping to other continents.
