The ticket was answered with...... the current uptime
The noVNC is ipv6 only (didn't know that) so got that up and showed "not started" Start now. But it would not start
we decided to reinstall is the next step so tried to do that but got "Error no CDrom found"
Then this morning it looks like a new VM was create, New IP and all
No real answers to what happened but it is back up so Yew haw
Any guesses as to what happened? (looks like Proxmox VE if I am not mistaken)
I'm only paying $20/YR for a plan. Don't really expect great performance. Nor is my discounted rate really worth anyones support.
But what is odd, is the e-mailed password does not work, changing the password will randomly give an error, and ... I've never seen a console not even connect from the dash through any other provider.
Disabled my renewal. Hopefully their other customers see less downtime.
