Hello my beloved low end yappers

I'm looking for a VPS with the following config and budget.
Something very cheap, but not as "cheap" as ihostart.

Budget is no more than 5 euros. Location in EU. Anywhere except France or Austria. Preferrably in UK or Germany.

8 GB RAM
4 vCore
100GB NVMe
20TB+ bandwidth

Here is the deal breaker:
Budget: 5 Euros. Can go 1 or 2 extra if the offer is good enough.

  • i'm sure @c1vhosting can come up with something. but there will be a performance advisory that no guarantee on vps speeds.

If you're okay with US and a little bit smaller storage and bandwidth, check out @LittleCreek offer.

I still can’t represent our company on LET as I have got no approval to get back the Host Rep Tag, he should contact me externally.

Netcup is probably your best bet.

    Or if Arm64 isn't an issue Hetzner's CAX21 @ €7.72

NetCup 2 GB VPS is much much much better than 8 GB c1v VPS.

    Amazing Unforgettable c1v benchmark score

If you are looking for most economical option with a premium LET provider -- @hosthatch

2 CPU cores (0.5 dedicated core, 1.5 fairly shared cores) rome/milan
    8 GB RAM
    100 GB NVMe storage
10 TB / month data bandwidth

    $55 for two years

4 CPU cores (1 dedicated core, 3 fairly shared cores) ROME/MILAN
    16 GB RAM
    200 GB NVMe storage
    20 TB premium bandwidth

    $100 per two years

I think their promotion is ending in next couple of hours.

Holy shit I literally posted this thread right after I checked their website and it was out of stock. I think they did it like a few hours ago. I grabbed one. I'll post an update later on how it goes.

  • @loay said: Netcup

I heard they are very strict on document and ID verification, maybe even more so than Hetzner. Considering I'm quite privacy-paranoid, and I'm from India(some may consider this country as....risky(?)).

My usecase is simple. Jellyfin. No, I'm not going to download Linux ISOs with the VPS.

My most CPU intensive task is usually encoding, that too when I'm watching something(which nowadays is like once every few weeks).

  • @cybertech said: i'm sure @c1vhosting can come up with something. but there will be a performance advisory that no guarantee on vps speeds.

My experience with them isn't the best. I may try them in future if they get their things together, but for now, I'll stay away.

They verify with phone and they are less strict than Hetzner recently. You may need to order/register again if you got rejected first time. I am not sure if this would be suitable for jellyfin and encoding. @ProHosting24 offer is better.

My usecase is simple. Jellyfin. No, I'm not going to download Linux ISOs with the VPS.

My most CPU intensive task is usually encoding, that too when I'm watching something(which nowadays is like once every few weeks).

    Go for 4x Ryzen vCPU
it would be around $10 per month

i'm sure @c1vhosting can come up with something. but there will be a performance advisory that no guarantee on vps speeds.

Don't use that host, i had a vps on them and i just quit. no need it, every day reboot. useless, even my mini home pc has more uptime that @c1vhosting :))
