contabo usa node network issue

contabo usa node network has issue,ticket sumbit more than 2 hours,no reponse yet. Can not boot or reboot from control pannel.

  • The main problem is every provider's vps may has issue.The best way is to place an notice once found the issue,and update process time to time,in that case,the customer will not keep submitting tickets,it can save a lot of work to answer tickets,as from the notice,we know you are working on it,so no bother you.

  • I got reply from contabo support team after 24 hours and the vps already back online after 7 hours.
    I like @EthernetServers ,as every time their host node has issue,they make an announcement letting me know they are already working on it.So I will not submit tickets to push them. If contabo can do like this,they can save a lot of work! I have been with @EthernetServers from 2015 till now.
    For the racknerd and greencloudvps,their support team is good,most of case,the tickets are answered within half an hour.I have been with them for several years.
    I used hostus,but the support service same as contabo and have gave up them,I use dedipath,reliablevps,but both deadpool now.
    For layer7,seems do not have usa node,for LittleCreek,seems the rate is good and the disk is large,maybe I will try them soon......

  • Contabo is shittiest provider. Their hidden fees, charging tax where they don't even have presence and volatile VPS pricing...

    Not to forget their downtimes and how shitty the overall speed is.
