Any notable companies? I'm seeing a whole bunch of red flags (typos, pretty crazy TOS, discord "support", advertised as $9/mo but in reality it's $108/yr because you can't pay monthly...)

Specifically, I'd just like to know if there's anyone here on LET doing business with you so I'd be able to disengage with that company immediately.

Well, seems unique enough. I wouldn't use it but it's nice to see new options around this type of stuff.

    And breaking rules

    General Offer Rules
List the final recurring price after any discounts.
List total price per billing period, not just equivalent monthly cost.

    Miscellaneous Rules:
You must have valid, public WHOIS information for your domain and/or provide proof of company registration on your website (publicly accessible on the website of your country's commerce authority).

    But hey, Bilohbucks paid!

What happens when something goes wrong?

Thank you for your questions, again!

As of now, the introductory offer price for our service is $9.00 until the end of 2023.

    1. The final recurring price after any discounts will remain $9.00 per month.
    2. Billing will occur annually at a total price of $108.00 ($9.00 per month), which includes a quota of APIs.

@Petey_Long said: Miscellaneous Rules: You must have valid, public WHOIS information for your domain and/or provide proof of company registration on your website (publicly accessible on the website of your country's commerce authority).

No worries! LET has already verified us on the government website, and we have good feedback with LET verify team, which many users trust. For anyone still concerned, we'll ensure our WHOIS information is publicly accessible to address any doubts.

If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!

You mention the API's multiple times on the FAQ's, but seems I can't find any public documentation?

Its 2024, thanks for pointing out, the typo!

If you're not using the WHMCS module, you'll need to use the risk APIs and handle the integration yourself. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us in the support channel.

You can find the API documentation here: https://docs.sensfrx.ai/en/api-guidebook/overview.

You sound a little like @Calin, except your English is better. :D

Why do you try to hide that you are an Indian company by using a U.S. address and phone number?

A majority of WHMCS instances that end up compromised, end up compromised because of third party modules/themes.

I'd just hope any provider that isn't huffing glue would look at this and be like

If there are any providers here that do in fact, huff glue, and have purchased this module and are actively using it - please let us know! I'm sure everyone would like the chance to scramble up their KYC information and transfer off their services before you end up compromised

Reminds me of this post from another board

Where the team of 100 professionals with 12 years experience = 44 days of experience on average.

    lol

For people that have been around long enough, they know better, but it's really unfortunate for people who are new and don't know any better.

No one from the "team" has even popped in to say anything about OP. You'd think something like this might receive a little extra scrutiny given you're essentially giving unvetted people with unvetted software the keys to your castle but hey, $100 every 6 month baby! Gotta keep that gravy train rolling!

I appreciate your input and I agree with you. Every plugin installation should follow a Zero Trust policy, but I have to say, the idea of rejecting all plugins just because they can be hacked made me smile. You could even think about building your own plugins to handle your business needs.

I understand your concerns and I agree that plugins should be treated with ZERO TRUST. I'll suggest to my engineering team that we make our plugin's code open for review on Github. If that happens, I'll share the link here so you can check it yourself or even use GPT to spot any issues, looks like you have plenty of time.

We take our business and user security very seriously. Just like many SaaS companies, we follow a secure development process and conduct thorough code audits and pentests to keep our users safe. Our goal is always to protect our customers. Just to clarify, we're a SOC 2 Type II certified company. I know that not everyone knows how challenging it is to achieve this or its importance, but it’s something we take great pride in.

And honestly, if you’ve had a bad experience with some company, there’s no need to take it out here. We're all just trying to do our best and your kindergarten comments helping us to be much more stronger.

I feel like you're mainly trying to promote your profile to sell those pricey $80/month hosting plans and its difficult to sell with such competition. Good luck with that, though.

Good question. I get why you might think we're hiding our company details. In real we are not!

It's simple: Why would we enabled WHOIS privacy after the feedback, when we kept it in default mode?

Billing goes through our US company, so of course, we have an office address. To justify billing on invoice, we would like to use it, when you have such provisions.

You can easily find this information online. Nothing is really private these days about company names. Just send me a DM with your available time, and I can answer your query over a Zoom call in detail. This all efforts to demonstrate we serious company and willing to help customer stay safe from frauds!

I'm not a provider, nor do I work for one. I do however have eyes and a brain. When I see something sketchy, I say something (for free!) Why, you might ask? Because the people who should be looking out for the end users here, don't.

Private WHOIS is supposedly in violation of the rules - so regardless of whatever you're trying to articulate in English - you're doing it wrong. Both of your domains are private. The address you have listed in Austin is a shared "WeWork" workspace (shared with 20+ other companies) - so even that's unverifiable. The phone number on the main site? T-Mobile cell phone.

There's no "true" identity inside the US - it's a complete facade.

God forbid you post an ad without a patron tag but as long as you pay your dues, the rules are there to be broken (and you might even end up with $20k+ if you play your cards right!)

What is he trying to sell?

  • I don't get the business model. Not enough providers exist to make this a viable buisness at that pricing. What's more likely to me is clients are the product as their data would have actual value to resell.

We always make sure Customer data is secure. We don’t have access to it, as it's completely encrypted both on disk and on the fly as per SOC2 Type II and we follow local countries compliances. We take our customers' security very seriously. I understand your point that $108 is not even enough for three days of groceries in the US, but we know how to optimize our code and server to provide the best product to our customers. Just to make you understand, OpenAI provide account at 20USD with different current, beta super powerful AI models. So its possible for anyone.

As I mentioned earlier, this is an introductory price, and we’re planning to change it in December 2024, if our price validations go as expected. Those who join us at this price will continue to have it.
