Our services are provided out of the UKServers Coventry datacentre and we are upstreamed by AS42831 which has over 2Tbit of external capacity including direct peering to all major UK ISPs as well as CloudFlare, Amazon, Google, Meta, CDN77/Datacamp, OVH and many more.
General Terms
Payment Type: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, AliPay. We do not currently accept crypto.
Refund Policy: 72-Hour Money-back period if you're unhappy with the service. We do not guarantee our IP addresses can be accessed from any specific countries or can access any specific services. No refund is available if the IP address becomes blocked. A fee will apply for IP address changes. Limited IP Availability.
Port 25: Blocked! Strictly no bulk or unsolicited mailing. This will only be lifted for customers with annual-ordered services than can demonstrate good outbound mail practices.
Fair Usage: CPU is considered a shared resource and subject to fair-usage of no more than 80% sustained average CPU usage in a single 6 hour period. Intentionally wasting resources will not be tolerated. (It is rare that we enforce this, but please don't order a VPS expecting to use 100% resources all the time, this is where you would need DEDICATED CPU).

@AllHost_Rep After the speed test, the vps of the United States to access you is only 160Mbps, which is too much from the advertised 8Gbps, please check whether the speed limit is handled.

Hi, whilst the uplink port is limited to 8Gbps, this doesn't mean you would be able to 100% achieve the full 8Gbps worldwide as it depends on the device at the other end, the network route to get to there as well as the kernel tuning in place at both ends.
If you can check with yabs or network speed test to verify the speeds to well known iperf3 servers, that would be great. Otherwise please feel free to open a ticket with the source/dest IP so we can troubleshoot further.
@AllHost_Rep According to what I tested, your vps can only run more than 1G to Europe, to my server in United States: Las Vegas 10G VPS, the speed test is only 20MB/s, to Salt Lake City 1G port dedicated server, the speed test is only 18MB/s, to clouvider phx 10G port vps, the speed test is only 20M/s
That doesn't really line up with what we see on from another VPS on the same host. If you don't want to open a support ticket with detailed information to allow us to troubleshoot further and would just prefer a refund just let us know in a ticket.

Your speed test is multi-threaded.
Yes, because of the distance. More latency = more threads required.
But if you prefer single stream test, see below, the top is from Clouvider London and the bottom is from an EPYC host in Coventry, UK.
