Seems to be that they do not want to keep orders in pending state for 2 weeks.
Actually, could definitely have something to do with the 14 days refund period and them not invoicing until service is delivered.
I had no issues purchasing KS-4
KS-2 looks to be unavailable.
I can go back to about 2019 experiencing cancellations like these for myself, mostly happening during sales, when stock runs out. Currently, I am assuming there might be a general memo out to the support team to cancel any KS orders that are out of stock and pending. They probably meant to put out that memo just for the KS-A, but I suppose the support team is considering it for all KS orders (?)
You can always get a VPS at Contabo, it's the same level of support.
