I run 10+ small IPv6 LXC containers on 16GB RAM plan which costs 18GBP with above promo or even 15 with some previous.
So each costs me around 1GBP.. Pretty lowend for me

We still don't offer windows licenses on the VPS platform, correct.
If you have your own license and your own ISO you can install any operating system of your choice using the provided mount-over-the-https feature.
Windows Server OS as well as Windows 10/11 Enterprise OS work perfectly on @Clouvider VPS.

so I wanna know that the vps can install the windows server in template or not,
because I wanna install it easily & sometimes I will use linux,
so is the backup like the snapshot, I can restore it and make backup?
No; If you have your own license and your own ISO you can install any operating system of your choice using the provided mount-over-the-https feature.
Most of non-EOL Linux distributions is available through a template.
We do not currently offer backup services directly with the VPS - we however offer Acronis Cloud backup as a separate service.

The discount codes apply to new orders only - why not order a second VM to compliment the first one - perhaps in another location 😉?
