Cheapest bandwidth!

Hello ,
I want to run vpn(v2ray) so I need providers that have the following conditions:

  • cheapest bandwidth
  • proportional CPU & RAM to the port speed
  • 15-20GB ssd is enough.
  • Europe Location

If you guys have any suggestion , Please do not hesitate to mention it.

    Ionos Strato Netcup all unlimited
    But they all require KYC + 12 month contract

    They all cost 1€/month incl. VAT

    Strato and Netcup both didn't do KYC for me, but both have pretty good uptime and network in my experience (though netcup throttles somewhen, and I doubt that Strato's/IONOS' VPS' are really unlimited).

    Interesting.. I know that Netcup is big on KYC.

    Ionos and Strato, both have lots of BW for a really cheap price.
