Need an EU VPS for reverse proxy

And the biggest problem it's the support. I've purchased an additional IP but it's nowhere to be found(in a mail, panel, server, etc) and got a ticket last night but after 12 hours it's still not answered so I'm guessing that it's problematic especially if I have a bigger problem.
I think I will purchase a sitebunker VPS next to test them out even if it is more expensive than I would like to pay. It's 5 Euro the VPS + 2 euros for an IP and all that are prices without VAT so it's about 8.5 euros in total.

My Emby server is France and I'm in Australia, doesn't matter much when it's just media streaming

I use zerotrust with cloudflare and tunnel everything trough there works perfectly
