It was asking help in Provider forum channel to know a better way to sort out the first issue 6 months ago. Our mistake was to ask here at all as well, even in private provider forum as some provider is poised on trying to get more customers by digging for shit on other new providers.
As I said to CH, this thread doesn't exist for me to use as a support ticket.
But as an aside, it's pretty interesting how your activity spikes after March 29th, the same date that @bdspice posts the abduction thread. CH's activity also spikes after then. And you make almost the same arguments for closing threads that CH does, tag the same mod, and use very similar language.

Ok. So an official apology to who? We already did apologize to the #1 customer we made a mistake with. Do you want me to call him on him to defend us or are you going to call him out for being a liar and a embedded mole staff here? We apologized to that customer and they are a great customer keeps buying.
Now, #2 customer we tried to work with but was continuing to berate and insult us, no one likes to be insulted, belittled, private or public.
Why host with us if you do that and not work with us on our support channels and instead go on trolling missions? I wonder why he went on a rampage with all the AUP violations and all disgruntled ex-customers that joined on a rampage, are these attacks due to suspensions? I wonder. Are they due to Phishing, RBL listing, and Spamming? I just wonder.
But please reach out to us to resolve issues. Why not? You can repeat the same thing nonstop, we already apologized to #1 customer. #2 customer was offensive, insulting and berating, regardless he had a paid or non-paid account, had no intentions of getting services with us and made that clear. We asked, I repeat asked, for a response on his forum complaint posts that we sorted it out amicably. But instead #2 customer continued to berate and belittle
us.
We mistakenly did suspend before he replied before 48 hours past. We apologize now for that. Although this is a minor error. The public AUP violation, plus defamatory attacks AUP violation. Yes. Look, freedom of speech is given, but you cannot expect to insult and demean others that are providing services to you (free or not) and have that provider accept the abuse.
You Flag all bad reviews on Trustpilot and use fake accounts to post fake 5 star reviews. We expect us to believe you? Nice try
Two possibilities: He's bribing new customers with more resources to post good reviews (convenient timing, hm?) on Trustpilot, or he's making fake accounts. Either way, pathetic behavior.
