Hetzner alternatives with cheaper additional IP?

Hello,
I am looking for alternatives to Hetzner for dedicated servers. While Hetzner offers unbeatable prices for dedicated servers, the cost for an additional IP is quite high. Could you recommend any alternatives that provide a good balance of performance, quality, and price, with additional IPs priced around $2-$2.5?
I’ve considered OVH, but the pricing isn’t as competitive, and their services often come with contract obligations.
My budget is around 40-45 EUR.
For specs, 6/8 cores - 12/16 threads ; 32/64GB ram DDR4, +-1TB Storage NVME (preffered, if not possible SSD).

@AlbaHost has IPs priced at €2 each. They have the following available in Warsaw, Poland 🇵🇱

Maybe you have to pay VAT because the mevspace are clearly cheapper than albahost..

But do you have an actual servers in Albania? Interested in servers in Albania, not geo spoofing.
If you don't plan on attaching a lot of IP addresses, or don't have particularly high traffic requirements, you can just use the Hetzner Cloud, buy the lowest-configured Arm server and then run a tunnel to get an additional IP address for a little over three euros.
Unfortunately not, we had in the past but due to multiple issues and instability and a price of 4,-€ per Mbps it was really a no go for our customers...

Ah. I wouldn't know to be fair. I know it's extremely difficult to beat Hetzner unless the locations are more 'exotic' (unpopular).
Yeah Hetzner is hard to beat also the support is great , so yes hard to beat.

Is there really an alternative to Hetzner out there ? Price + Stability + Quality? I am searching cause I hate having all my eggs in one german basket. Yet to find any provider that comes close.

Also without mentioning that the hetzner uses a trick that basically increases the hourly price, so if you use the VM less than a full month, you will end up paying way more.
Try to multiply their hourly price by 730 (hours in a month)

You forget to mention you only give 10tb traffic, so for 75 cent I get 10tb more traffic at Hetzner so I will call Hetzner cheaper.
