    Also, premium provider +1 not even a 0.1 steal on my server (VPS plan). Helped me out even the problem is not the provider fault <3

    CPU has 16 physical cores and 32 threads.

    We are ignoring the threads here and only allocating 15 of the physical cores to clients.

    So you get a full physical core with the smallest plan. 100% performance 24/7 ;)

    Even 2 vCores VPS (with 50% usage permitted) is better than 1 vCore dedicated, when using as Windows RDP.

    AMD Ryzen 7 7700X has 8 cores and title of this thread is kinda confusing .

    More accurately SMT and not Hyperthreading which is Intel's proprietary implementation of SMT.
