Looking for servers in Germany or the Netherlands

Traffic volume: Minimum of 100TB
Burst bandwidth: 5Gbps-10Gbps
Budget: $600–$800 (excluding IP costs)
Requirements:
Excellent networking performance for the APAC region
Ability to broadcast my own IPs or provide IP ranges of /25 to /24 (IP costs can be paid separately and are not included in the budget)

I am open to further discussions regarding any options beyond the stated budget or other potential collaboration opportunities.
