    do you need dedicated cores ?
    is the ram DDR4 or DDR5 ?
    the SSD NVME or SATA is good ?
    Network upgrade to 100TB ? dedicated 10 Gbps ?

    budget can down also to $2 and it is for a year

    do you need add extra caramel popcorn on it ?

    We can accomodate almost everything, if less SSD space is ok for you (20GB instead of 50)

    Did you read the request? If you did, you wouldn't ask if 20GB was sufficient.

    The budget is too small. I don't think annual payment will get those specs, either.

    Windows server + 30Tb + port from 2 to 10Gb/s
    For $5? Sounds like a distant dream.

    I recommend that you double your offer, or look for a host that allows you to upload your own iso.

    if I have to use 2 threads for 100% for one hour … I can’t do that with 1 cpu vCore VPS

    Here is another VPS running with 4 vCore (with 25% average allowance). Don’t even try that with 1 vCore

    if I have to use 2 threads for 100% for one hour … I can’t do that with 1 cpu vCore VPS

    Here is another VPS running with 4 vCore (with 25% average allowance). Don’t even try that with 1 vCore

    Oh yeah the burst. What I meant is I would have done it differently, I would overprovision but at the same time keep another server around for the pods that sustain high CPU usage, and in the end I wouldn't have these limits on the usage. I still rely on users not utilizing resources completely, but at the same time I am prepared for some of them to sustain 100% usage at all times.

    I have a use case for this vps, if @advin is ok with using 20-25 TB monthly bandwidth.

    I am working on a project with university students that gets feed data for input ML model. And this does not need lot of computational power, just lot of data coming in … at least 15 TB , but could go upto 20-25 TB monthly data
