Reliable yearly low spec VPS provider

Looking for a cheaper provider for a low spec VPS, will only be hosting a simple application.
I don't need many resources, the followind would suffice:
- 512-1024MB of ram
- 1 vCPU
- 20GB of storage
- 100Mbps network
- No need for IPv4
- Location doesn't matter
At time, I'm considering Hetzner and maybe Vultr, however, I'm looking to see if anyone recommends a provider where I could get it cheaper

Does location matter? There's a few established providers here with $12-$15 yearly deals (3 months @ Vultr)
Forgot to add this, nope, location does not matter
Quite a few options under $15: https://lowend-deals.xbit.win/#kvm-15 (some links are aff)
Not quite matched with your requested specs but you can take a look at our NAT services;

I'm currently running a promo in the Netherlands.

More reliable than many more expensive providers.
Multiple locations to choose from.
Thank you for the mention!
Well, I think Racknerd is a good choice, but…you don't need ipv4.Maybe you can try some PaaS platform like Koyeb. They are free.
RackNerd
1 vCPU Core,
1GB RAM,
15GB Pure SSD Raid-10 Storage,
1Gbps @ 2TB Bandwidth,
1 IPv4,
Location: American and France,
just $ 10.99/Year.
How much does $10-20 difference / year make for you?
If that’s a lot, choose a reliable offer from an established LET provider.
If not, in all honesty, just go with Hetzner.
Edit: Vultr might still have a very cheap IPv6 alternative in NJ, they has this before at least.
well,ther is a LEB exclusive for 10.29$/year

this is the link.
Well It sounds like I use aff.php instead of cart.php will be considered as a Affiliate link, even if I have already deleted the affiliate part in the link
I am using some NAT VPSes from @webhorizon sub-brand NatVPS,it's rock solid. You can have a try.

I recommend using Racknerd, my cheap 10 dollar a year vps has about 150 days of uptime so far

I've never used them though, there a a few comments regarding them here on the forum. I've heard some good things about them.
Will suggest going for a reliable host rather than cheaper one.
Good Luck!
