Yes. Took like 4 or 5 minutes with Matteo from chat (and was way more understanding the prob and fixing it and having the internal rights to be able to fix it).

Totally different than the ticket experience I had with OVH last month.

So chat seems to be the way to go with OVH.

This is not strange at all - you need to assign whatever addresses you want to the interface or they (obviously?) won’t respond to pings.

Actually I'm rather curious about the Kimsufi December changes that are already announced in their planning.

Probably we will see KS-5 as regular lineup with 2gps unmetered, upgraded NVMe disks and maybe even upgraded RAM for $10/month so that everyone in OVHs marketing team may have a hearty laugh at all of us KS-LE-B fans.
