PS:I became your customer a few months ago and have bought two promotional VPS.
Not long ago I stopped renewing one of them and soon after participated in your new LET promotion, however, for reasons that are well known, less than half a month later you refunded and deleted the machine.
I'm not complaining about the refund, but when I tried to come back and reorder today, my old account was closed and I had no choice but to sign up for a new email address.
--The problem is that you even emailed me a promotion for that closed account before!
Anyway, I'd like to say that I may not be a “big customer” of yours, but at least I'm a former customer, and I didn't do anything wrong, everything was according to your TOS, so doesn't it seem a bit rude to receive this kind of treatment?
When I switched from clientexec to WHMCS a few weeks back any customers without an active service had not been imported.
I suspect this is why your account is no longer in the database but we do have a backup of our clientexec databse should we need to refer to it.
I cannot disclose the reason behind the removal of the 330TB servers at this stage since the case with the provider is still ongoing at this time.
Well, I just thought you should clarify this with an email, I just logged into my account with absolutely no idea what was going on and why
