Is the downtime for the limitlesshost.com, eu1.limitlesshost.com and thus access to the EU servers part of the anniversary sale? Even submitting a ticket doesn't work and result into a 504 Gateway Timeout.

Unfortunately, yes. Our budget hosting EU is on Contabo - and all their servers are down. We're waiting for the update on their end.
We're working to bring the main site up as soon as possible.

Yes, that's how the billing software create the username, it's based on the entered domain name.
Yes that's true but also throwing in that I have a Reseller Plan with Limitless Hosting and I was able to request that they delete and re-create my DA instance with a new username when I changed domains and they were kind enough to do that (I migrated the data manually using DA itself).
So even if you do end up wanting to change username, maybe you can open a ticket for it.
