if you can't advertise your smallest plan here cause of rules that makes it non-LET friendly
We do not have any limit for cpu utilization
We use 4th generation Intel Xeon processors in the VPS Cloud

when i had a mevspace dedi.. constant issues, power issues, instability and just bad support.
we switched to a 5950x at hetzner and things have been rock solid since then
