Important Details

We value the members of LowEndTalk, and we aim to be as transparent as possible with our offerings and policies. Here are some important details regarding our services:

  • We offer a 1Gbps unmetered connection with our services. However, we operate on shared lines, and require that 24/7 bandwidth usage is reasonable as outlined in our Hosting Service Terms.
  • To maintain the security of our network, full IPMI access is restricted as of now. All server interaction (OS install/reboot/etc) must be done through our portal. If IPMI is required for your business, please open a ticket with us and we'd be happy to assist you.
  • Our portal may be geo-blocked to some specific countries. These countries were picked based on a high-frequency of fraudulent orders. No new countries will be blocked going forward, so this is no concern for existing customers. This will not impact your service in any way. If you need assistance with this, please message us.
  • Refunds requested within 24 hours of purchase are accepted no questions asked. More details are found in our Client Service Agreement.

  • I don't think Madison, Wisconsin is considered central US in regard to hosting. Your LG is down.

Considering that network resources supplied to the Customer are shared, the Customer commits not to use the Felware Services in a way harmful to other Felware customers

So it isn't Unmetered/Unlimited, also the lookingglass IP is AT&T and a whole /12 which looks super suspicious and looks a lot like residential, are you a basement provider?

Might be a business connection, AT&T "leases" addresses very cheaply on those. Does mean that they'll need to renumber if they ever decide to not be singlehomed which could be kinda rough.

Yeah, on their website it looks like they just rent an office building. That would make it not secure and reliable imo.

I sort of love the really sketchy "edge datacenters" like that, but not for this pricing. I'd be all over it if they were closer to $30 or so a month, at this pricing I could get something in an actual facility.

Yeah dedi prices that low is nice indeed. Just not ideal for critical stuff but thats fine.
