windows VPS for just RSS reading

Hi, I need a vps that runs a couple of scripts that gather RSS from various websites every hour, so, I would say I only need 1 core (or less) and the bare minimum ram and storage windows can run on. I saw that there is "hourly" VPSes but I don't know how that works.

Can anyone tell me what is my best option?

If "by hour" means I have to turn off and on the intance, well, If I can setup a power on and off every hour to run my scripts (which is a couple of seconds) I guess that is the best option, but, because I have no idea how is the billing, I can't tell if is good or not.

So, I just need a windows machine to run some bat/cmd files and an sFTP script every hour (the software I use runs only on windows)

maybe there is a "free tier" somewhere with a couple of hours a month. That would be more than enough

    Hetzner

You can even keep snapshot so that vps can be created out of snapshot
