Hello greetings, I am new to this world of dedicated servers and baremetal, I recently bought on this site OceanHost a machine specifically on July 5th, this is the date that neither the server nor the refund as the CEO still does not come to refund me, annex photos.

It was over their "30-day money-back guarantee "
Did you get bait?
Ocean who? Do they even advertise here?
Nvm, here is the answer https://lowendtalk.com/profile/oceanhost
if they have not provided the server nor refund, dispute the payment before your time limit on transaction protection of 120 by card and 180 days by paypal expires if they seem to be using delay tatics with no real information and they are banned here it does not speak well for them
I found it to be similar to Fiberstate, but more expensive
As other said chargeback. After you win post here on what you need to find real providers who will take your money but will give you a server.
It happened to pay with BTC and they disappeared.
Hopefully this post will serve to alert others and not steal them.

I had used thier service 4 months. On August it has been cancelled cause i don't need it anymore. I got them via lowend.
Service was Good.
Stop shilling.
you need to check through what service you made the payment via cryptocurrency in the form of bitcoin. If the payment was received on the payment gateway wallet, then by contacting them they can issue the contact information person according to fraudulent actions , but you will need an official notification from the relevant authorities - and whether you will do this. (police, etc., or a statement to the cybercrime department of a particular country). The second point - if you sent money directly to them to their personal wallet, also according to the transaction in the blockchain you can compare who owns the wallet and what transactions are made from it, usually all the money is still transferred through cryptocurrency exchanges in order to get fiat. There may be small exchanges, but they still have user data. But if they did a p2p exchange and on the exchange or through the appropriate services, the chances of finding them are reduced. There are companies that do this, but the cost of services in such companies is initially expensive, so most likely it will be pointless for you to find them and get your money back.
This thread dates from 24 August and the OP is long gone
