    I think this root server is with old regulations .. and no limit is in place nor written in the customercontrolpanel.

    well, for futures it is always split 40-60 (short term and long term) irrespective of time it was held.

    unless it is done in Roth IRA where tax part is zero

    And if active trader status is claimed, business expenses can be write off as well
