@cloudserver servers down, i contacted them in the morning, they don't answer nothing. i send them today 3 tickets. poor management. the website it's returning me 504 - Gateway Timeout

maybe, but my server it's down. they don't answer at my tikets. and in the panel without response i get 504
what can i say? service 10 star. support 1 star. i have this vps working for almost one year. no problems, but when it cames to solve problems as support just 1 star. i had my games on there...

Give people time, consider if every customer makes 3 or more tickets how long it will take them to process that. People doing that make a bad situation much worse for everyone.

Buy low end get low end service, want 15 minute replies choose a provider x10 the price how the world works

my ticket got "solved" (there's still issues but whatever) yesterday after over a whole month from a LET provider.
