I know that Racknerd now accepts LiteCoin. Layer7 has amazing prices. What other providers am I missing? Any $1-$2 a month deals accepting crypto like XMR and LiteCoin (Bitcoin is not preferred)?

Unfortunate that OVH doesn't take crypto, I think they would have been an instant favourite if they did.
