Hello and thank you for your orders! We are in the middle of rebuilding VPS servers due to a software bug in Virtualizor (the third-party software we use to automate VPS provisioning) and this also caused delays in the processing of new orders as we put them on hold. We are very sorry and will make a more detailed post soon.
Of course, the billing period will start once the server will be delivered.

In order to shed some light on the comment I sent earlier, here' s a copy of the message we sent out to the affected customers:

    Hey,

First of all, we are sorry. We had to rebuild your VPS due to reasons outside of our control.
The exact issue here is a software bug within the Virtualizor platform (the third-party software we use to automate VPS provisioning) which led to data corruption. You will be compensated with 1 month of free hosting (the existing service will be extended).

Although the host system has only been set up less than a day ago and there shouldn't be much data lost, we know this shouldn't ever happen and are taking measures to prevent such events in the future. We already have a VPS disk backup system in place, but as I mentioned before, the host system was too "fresh" for it to go through a backup cycle.

If you feel disappointed in our services and want to proceed with a refund, we fully understand and will be processing it within a few hours.

By the time you see this message, you should have already received an email with the VPS connection details.

    Pending orders have been activated.
Thanks again to everyone involved in this thread and all customers who trust us - I hope we'll continue to get along well and make great deals together!

  • This doesn't feel quite right. I bought two VPS and completed the setup for production. Considering we have a free month, I'll rather wait and see what happens over the coming weeks.

Do they not respond to tickets? Or is there another reason you're looking for ticket support publicly via forum?
I'm not hosted with them, just curious.
