Looking for Affordable USA VPS with Instagram Compatibility
I need USA Linux or Windows VPS that allows Instagram login.
I have tried logging into Instagram on 2-3 different providers' Windows VPS, but it isn't working.
I need an affordable Windows VPS; my budget is $4-5 per month.
If Instagram works properly, I will buy more VPS.

That is something you'd need to figure out with trial and error. I don't think any vendor will advertise or guarantee "Instagram login support". Clearly datacenter IPs are blocked by Insta to prevent bots.
There is no such thing as "instagram compatibility". search for residential proxies. That's all you need. Good luck. best of luck!
