Do public and private torrent downloads require permission?
Netdynamics doesnt allow public trackers. Most of their servers are based in the US, so I wouldn't even suggest running private trackers on them. 90% of the comments in posts asking for quotes are usually just providers name dropping themselves
I think you would need to increase your budget to about $200 to find what you're looking for.
